Renovation of a retail development in Arvada, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
Reference Number 0000333270 The City is soliciting qualified contractors to provide roof replacement for the southwest roof at Indiana Shops located at 6701 Indiana Shops, Arvada CO. Work required under this specification includes supplying all roof materials and labor for the completion of the new roof system. Procurement shall commence upon contract award. The work to be completed under the Contract shall precede AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All work identified in this contract shall be completed no later than projected construction schedule barring as submitted weather delays. Contractor shall be responsible to permit the job though the City of Arvada Building Department, which will have no cost. Project price should include remove the existing roof down to the roof deck. This debris will be hauled away and properly disposed of by the awarded contractor.
