The City of Bellevue is seeking consultant(s) to provide structural engineering and other related professional services to support the City's bridge program. The work will focus on city-owned and/or maintained structures and is expected to consist of: review and maintenance of bridge files; new or revised load ratings; condition inspections; emergency or special assessments; updates to the Washington State BridgeWorks database (WSBIS); preliminary and final engineering; development of plans, specifications and estimates; and construction inspection services for repair, maintenance and rehabilitation projects. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFQ does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by Consultants in the preparation and submission of a Statement of Qualifications. Furthermore, the RFQ does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The term of this contract will be 4 years .
