Renovation of an educational facility in Stonington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
PROJECT OVERVIEW: 1. Remove two (2) Clever Brooks boilers. 2. Install, repipe, and insulate with four (4) five (5) million BTU Lochinvar Crest Boilers (10:1 turndown, fire tube SS ASME heat exchanger). 3. Obtain necessary permits. 4. Perform factory start-up on new boilers. 5. See attached engineering for additional duties. Note that the engineering is for one (1) boiler to be replaced with four (4) lochinvars.
