The TDSB is soliciting submissions from firms to be prequalified to provide professional playground inspection services. Services required are further detailed in the .pdf document 'Prequal for Playground Inspectors DK24-075PQ' Term of contract will be a (3) three year term with options to extend for three (3) additional twelve month extension options. At the discretion of TDSB there may be a request for an annual refresh. Evaluation Criteria -DK24-075PQ Prequalification of Bidders for Playground Inspection Professional Services In general terms, submissions received will be evaluated in terms of how well they meet the stated requirements. In order to determine the extent to which a Pre-Qualification reflects the requirements, submissions shall be rated using the following criteria as a general guideline. Submission Evaluation Criteria Section 1:Company Profile & Staff Qualifications -30 points Section 2:School and Childcare Experience & Expertise -50 points Section 3:Sample Report -20 points Pre-Qualification entails various Mandatory Requirements and Evaluation Criteria detailed within the documentation.
