The purpose of this program is to install security cameras and recording hardware and software at the Jackson Civic Center. A pre-bid meeting will be not be held. At a minimum, prospective bidders are recommended to visit the Civic Center before submitting a bid. The City may issue addenda as may be necessary in the best interest of the City of Jackson. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. If a contract award is made, it will be made to the lowest and best, responsive, responsible bidder.
