Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project involves the removal of existing wood athletic flooring and the procurement and installation of new wood athletic flooring at Bryan High School. The full scope of the Project and the work to be performed by Contractor is set forth in the Plans and Specifications prepared by the Architect which are a part of the Contract Documents, and the Contract will furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete the scope of work detailed therein. It is the Contractor's responsibility to protect existing construction. In addition, daily removal of debris and repair of any damage due to work under this Contract is considered within the scope of work and is the responsibility of the Contractor. All work for the Project shall be performed by Contractor. Work shall not be subcontracted. All work shall be performed in a manner that does not void any manufacturer's warranty. In general, all materials and equipment to be furnished by Contractor must be of good quality, new and unused, and shall be constructed and installed as required in the Contract Documents and of the types of equipment and materials as specified. All engineering work and plan preparations for shop drawings and other Contractor submittals shall be the responsibility of the Contractor, who shall utilize qualified and licensed engineers for such work Questions must be submitted by email on or before Monday, November 20, 2023 @ 4:30pm (CST).The subject line must include the following: 24-013 Bryan High Gym Floor Replacement. This work involves furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to prepare, plan and complete the gymnasium floor demolition and replacement at Bryan High School, in accordance with the specifications prepared by TACK Architects, 2922 N. 61st Street, Studio 1, Omaha, Nebraska ("Architect"). Bids are to be completed on the bid form contained in the Bid Documents. One completed copy of the bid, including all required information, attachments and exhibits, including a bid bond as required in Section 1.2, with original signatures by the bidder, are to be submitted to the District in accordance with the Bid Documents.
