Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Estimated Cost $48,000 Removal and Installation of New Energy Efficient Gas Boiler at Community Center 1. Removal and disposal of all old equipment. 2. Install 2 Lochinvar KHB285N or equivalent gas boilers w/ 50 lb. relief valve. 3. Replace LWCO. 4. Replace Flow Switch. 5. Replace existing circulators. 6. Check amperage of new circulators for compatibility with existing motor starters 7. Replace existing air separator. 8. All necessary pipe & fittings to manifold boilers together and tie into existing system. 9. All electrical wiring - use outside reset. 10. Venting to be either polypropylene pipe or Ipex cpvc pipe 11. Smoke pipe plugs for existing boiler flues. 12. Install future tees for possible indirect hot water tank. 13. Responsible for all required permits and inspections. WORK SCHEDULE Work on this project is restricted to a normal five-day week, with the Prime Contractor and all subcontractors working on the same shift. No work will be allowed on the project on Sundays and Holidays. Work hours shall be within 7AM to 5PM. Changes to these restrictions can be changed if be approved in writing by the Town.
