TIMELINE: Consultants for a geotechnical study and a summary environmental assessment of soils and granular materials have been awarded following request for proposals # LR-2023-01. Reference number: 1771908. Some study has been completed. An additional study will be implemented in spring, 2025. Design, tender and construction schedules are undetermined. Further update in late spring/summer, 2025.
