Demolition, site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in St Marys, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
All work shall be pursuant to the details in Appendix A but a summary of the details is provided below: Milt Dunnell Field Washroom: - Removal and disposal of existing washroom features. - Installation of a universal washroom in current men's washroom - Creation of a storage room with water heater and slop sink for custodial staff. - Installation of three (3) unisex washrooms - Installation of one (1) family washroom - Relocation of kitchen in Lawn Bowling Club House, reusing existing cabinets & counters. - Installation of perimeter sidewalk from Lawn Bowling Club House door to the universal washroom door - Installation of LED lighting within the building The Successful proponent will be required to supply all labour, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the scope of work listed above.
