Construction of a a shared-use pathway along Millar Avenue from 43rd Street East to Marquis Drive, as well as 43rd Street East between Millar Avenue and the CN railway tracks. Scope will also include intersection reconstruction at 51st/Millar. TIMELINE: Design is preliminary. Council has approved an option; however funding has not yet been finalized. Further update spring 2027. Budget for intersection improvements is $6.2 million. Budget for pathway is $9 million.
