Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Bridges Youth Detention Center Roof Replacement NC P-1817 | SC 5872 refer to the attached summary of work in Section 011100. The Notice to Proceed will be approx. February 1, 2024. The purpose of this conference is to explain the scope of work involved, to give prospective bidders the opportunity to observe the existing conditions and to explain the MWBE subcontracting requirements and goals. The County will not consider bids from firms who do not have a representative attend this meeting. A sign-in sheet will serve as the attendance record. Prime contractors must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the N.C. General Statutes to perform the work required by the specifications. Compliance with the County's Minority and Woman-owned Business Enterprise program is required, with a minimum goal of 10% combined M/WBE. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all proposals.
