Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 176,000-square-foot, eight-story above grade, 240-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Construction Managers are invited to submit information indicating their interest and ability to perform construction management services for the proposed SCHLEGEL VILLAGES Richmond Hill Long-Term Care Home. The project consists of a new eight-storey 174,000 sq ft Long-Term Care Home accommodating 240 beds. Construction will consist of precast concrete planks on concrete bearing walls with masonry veneer. Subject to Provincial and Municipal approvals, work on site is planned to start in July 2024 and require 30 months to complete. Information is to be submitted using CCDC Document 11 - 2018 identifying major project experience in Ontario including long term care and retirement projects for which Construction Management services have been provided.
