This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to advertise an Invitation For Bids (IFB) for Project 506-21-202 Descoped Replace Roofing B1W at the LTC Charles S. Kettles Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) located in Ann Arbor, MI. An Invitation for Bid (IFB) is planned to be issued on or about February 20, 2024. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238160 Roofing Contractors with a small business size standard of $19 million. Magnitude of cost for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract within 120 days from bid opening date. This acquisition is a Total set-aside for qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Only offers from verified SDVOSBs registered in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov) at the time of proposal submission are eligible for consideration.
