Renovation of a municipal facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovations at the City Services Building to include HVAC cleaning, ceiling tile replacement, interior and exterior painting, and new flooring. Bids for a service only that is $25,000.00 or greater must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total dollar amount of the bid submitted, payable to the City of Myrtle Beach. No other forms of security will be accepted. The successful Bidder must obtain a City of Myrtle Beach business license in order to conduct business within our city. A business license is not required to submit a bid; however, any bidder that receives an award under this bid shall be required to obtain a City business license before work can begin. For further information on obtaining a city business license, contact the City Business License Office at 843-918-1200.
