Solid Waste Collection, Recycling, and Disposal Services for Commercial & Residential Yard Waste, Bulk, Construction Debris and Other In general, the requested services include commercial waste collection; weekly curbside residential solid waste/yard debris collection (to occur Tuesday and Wednesday to cover all residential areas); and commercial and residential recyclables collection. Question Deadline 10/27/2023 at 3:00 PM ET Any questions and/or specifications that may need clarification should be submitted via email Steve Morgan, City Administrator Email: smorgan@mcdonoughga.org, Brandon Williams, Assistant Public Works Director Email: BWilliams@McDonoughGa.org The successful contractor shall furnish a corporate security bond as security for its performance under the contract, for each year that the contract is in effect, at minimum, in the amount and manner as set forth in Exhibit C to the same contract attached hereto as Exhibit 1. The contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits, licenses and any other regulatory requirements necessary for the prosecution of these services. The contractor will pay all governmental charges and inspection fees necessary for the prosecution of these services. All contractors and subcontractors shall have a current Occupation Tax Certificate, and shall furnish certificate and license numbers prior to entering into a contract with the City, and will have a valid license to operate in the City of McDonough. The City reserves the right to reject the Technical Representative's certification of any request for payment by the contractor without the accrual of interest.
