Renovation of an educational facility in McBain, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
McBain Middle School Gym Floor Removal project. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount is required and shall accompany the bid. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond issued by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the State of Michigan, a cashier's check, or money order payable to McBain Rural Agricultural Schools. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid date. All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner(s) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, intermediate school board, or board of directors or the superintendant of the school district, or chief executive officer or the public school academy. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized affidavit. McBain Rural Agricultrual Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids per MCL 380.1267.
