Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of the construction of a 10' wide concrete trail through a CenterPoint easement from Beechnut Street to Sands Point Drive. 9,922 SY Concrete Pedestrian Trail 12,671 SY Cement Stabilized Sand Base 3,714 CY Earthwork, Rough Grading, and Fine Grading 514 EA Plantings Includes planting of trees and shrubs, installation of curb ramps, crosswalk and trail striping, wooden post with wire fence, and roadway and trail signing. Bid also includes alternatives for a HAWK signal crossing at S Gessner Road and the removal of a dedicated right turn lane at Bellaire Boulevard and S Gessner Road. Construction in, on, or near existing roadways will require a Traffic Control Plan. Construction also requires the implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and features. Disposal of any excess material and debris is the responsibility of the contractor. All disturbed areas are to be hydro-mulch seeded as indicated on plans. MWSBE Goal: 24% percent, where SBE can make up to 4% of the goal.
