Please refer to the attached solicitation and supplemental documents. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) is contemplating a single award for this requirement. The resulting contract will be a time and materials type contract with a period of performance of up to 60 months which includes a base period and six (6) subsequent option periods.
