Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bridgetown, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Municipality of the County of Annapolis (The Municipality) for the submission of bids by qualified contractors to provide barrier-free access to the recently completed washroom/canteen facility at the Bridgetown Sports Hub. The project will include all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. Excavate areas for new downspout drains. Install drains for rain gutter downspouts backfill and compact area. Install rain gutters on south side of building complete with downspout and install new downspout on north side. Excavate where new footings around the perimeter of proposed deck and wheelchair ramp. Backfill area where new concrete deck/ramp will go with class A gravel and compact leaving approx. 4-inch depth. Pour concrete to construct new deck/wheelchair ramp. Install railing on both side of wheelchair ramp to comply with accessibility standards. Ramp must be within 5%-8% grade with a cross slope no more than 2% to comply with accessibility standards. Walkway detailed specs will be passed out during site visit.
