As of October 11, 2024, bid packages 1-7 have been completed per the Construction Manager. No additional information is expected. The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 3B is an early release package for the renovation work at the stadium. Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages: 26B Electrical This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms provided must be completed and submitted with all bid proposals.
