The project involves all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services necessary to renovate a portion of the existing Gibson Building and separate storage building. The project to be constructed and pursuant to this Contract will be financed with assistance from the Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. A Bid bond or certified check for a value of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder's total bid amount, including all alternatives bids items and other items as noted. The guarantee shall be made out to: Fulton County Fiscal Court, Kentucky. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Only the original Form of Proposal is required, no additional copies are required. If a bidder wishes to mail a bid, it should be mailed to Fulton County Fiscal Court, 2216 Myron Cory Drive, Suite 1, Hickman, Kentucky, 42050 to the attention of Judge/Executive Jim Martin. If bid is mailed, it must be received prior to the bid time and date noted. Facsimile bids will NOT be allowed. Bids received after the deadline will not be opened. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified.
