Renovation of a municipal facility in Hickman, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project involves all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services necessary to renovate a portion of the existing Gibson Building and separate storage building. The project to be constructed and pursuant to this Contract will be financed with assistance from the Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. A Bid bond or certified check for a value of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder's total bid amount, including all alternatives bids items and other items as noted. The guarantee shall be made out to: Fulton County Fiscal Court, Kentucky. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Only the original Form of Proposal is required, no additional copies are required. If a bidder wishes to mail a bid, it should be mailed to Fulton County Fiscal Court, 2216 Myron Cory Drive, Suite 1, Hickman, Kentucky, 42050 to the attention of Judge/Executive Jim Martin. If bid is mailed, it must be received prior to the bid time and date noted. Facsimile bids will NOT be allowed. Bids received after the deadline will not be opened. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Fulton County Fiscal Court 2216 Myron Cory Drive, Suite 1 Hickman, Kentucky 42050 PFGW Architects 101 South 4th Street Paducah, Kentucky 42002-0510 Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. These include Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Further, Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All questions and addenda items need to be submitted to the Architect no later thean 3:00 p.m. CST on Friday, November 3, 2023.
