As shown and referenced within the attached, we have two decks/porches/ramps that need to be power washed, sanded, primed, and painted. Our desired colors are listed within the attached. This is an informal solicitation, and other than the attached, there are no other technical specifications available at this time. After the bidding deadline has closed, the City plans to move forward with the lowest qualified response immediately.
