The Superior Court of California, County of Butte ("Court") is requesting proposals from qualified Proposers to provide janitorial services for the Butte County and North Butte County Courthouses. Interested and qualified Proposers who can demonstrate their ability to successfully provide the goods and services described in this Request for Proposal ("RFP") are invited to submit a proposal Question Deadline 11/08/2023 at 10:00 AM PT Contractor will provide all equipment and cleaning supplies needed to adequately perform the job. Contractor shall provide services Monday through Friday, except Court holidays. The majority of services will be performed after 4:00 pm, while less-intensive day porter services will be provided during midday. Contractor shall provide janitorial service to the Butte County Superior Court at the following locations: i. Butte County Courthouse (BCCH) - 1 Court Street, Oroville CA95965 ii. North County Courthouse (NCCH) - 1775 Concord Avenue, ChicoCA 95928 iii. Juvenile Hall Courthouse - 51 County Center Drive, Oroville CA 95965 The physical and mailing address for the Court's Administrative Office is: 1 Court Street, Oroville, CA 95965
