Each of the five prime contract bid packages must be submitted separately with a separate bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. The successful bidder's check or bid bond will be retained until he has entered into a satisfactory contract and furnished the required contract bonds. The Town reserves the right to hold the certified checks, cashier's checks, or bid bonds of the three lowest bidders, until the successful bidder has entered into a contract and furnished the required contract bonds.
