Culvert Replacement at Post Oak Rd. and Live Branch Creek Precinct 1. A Bid Bond from an approved surety company-holding permit from the State of Texas will be required. The Bid Bond must be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount and must accompany each bid. If applicable, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project. All bids shall be submitted on the basis of lump sum as provided in the bid specifications. Payment to successful bidder shall be net thirty (30) days after receipt of products, materials, services or invoices, whichever is later unless otherwise stated in specifications.
