The CITY OF TALLULAH is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Contract D - Rehabilitation of Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitate Water Treatment Plant, Including Replacing Existing Ground Storage Tank With Two (2) 318,000 Gallon Ground Storage Tanks, Rehabilitation of Existing Lime and High Service Pump Building, Replacement of the Control Building, Replacement of Four (4) Pressure Filters, and Other Related Work. Owner Anticipates That the Projects Total Bid Price Will Be Approximately $17,500,000. The Project Has an Expected Duration of 360 Calendar Days. Prospective Bidders May Obtain or Examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday Through Friday Between the Hours of 8:00 Am and 4:00 Pm, and May Obtain Copies of the Bidding Documents From the Issuing Office as Described Below. Partial Sets of Bidding Documents Will Not Be Available From the Issuing Office. Neither Owner Nor Engineer Will Be Responsible for Full or Partial Sets of Bidding Documents, Including Addenda, if Any, Obtained From Sources Other Than the Issuing Office. Make Deposit Checks for Bidding Documents Payable to Mcmanus Consulting Engineers, Inc. Cost Does Not Include Shipping Charges. Upon Issuing Offices Receipt of Payment, Printed Bidding Documents or Electronic Documents on Compact Disc Will Be Sent via the Prospective Bidders Delivery Service. The Shipping Charge Amount Will Depend on the Shipping Method Chosen. Printed Copies of the Bidding Documents May Be Obtained From the Issuing Office by Paying a Deposit of $500 for Each Set. Bidders Who Return Full Sets of the Bidding Documents in Good Condition Within 10 Days After Receipt of Bids Will Receive a Full Refund.
