Install safety measures, establish limits of staging, and protect all existing utilities, trees and structures as specified on the plans. 3. Install water management, erosion control, and traffic control components. 4. Type 1 - Concrete Surface Repair, 1/2" - 2-1/2" 5. Type 2 - Reinforcement Repair 6. Type 3 - Crack Repair 7. Furnish Hydrophilic Grout 8. Type 4 - Reinforcement Spacer Repair 9. Type 5 - Fracture Repair 10. Type 6 - Tap Repair 11. Type 7 - Install Manhole Steps 12. Type 8 - Invert Point Repair 13. Type 9 - Concrete Demo and Patching Repair 14. Type 10 - Invert Concrete Debris Removal 15. Restore all areas directly or indirectly disturbed by the Work to the pre-existing conditions. 16. Demobilize from the site after work is complete. Project Scope of Work Access/Stagingo Two primary access locations were reviewed during prebid meeting and are shown on drawings as Prebid Location # and Prebid Location #2. Other potential access location are shown on the drawings. Two potential staging areas were viewed during meeting and are shown on the drawings. Contractor will be required to obtain appropriate permits from the City of St. Paul ROW for use of these staging areas. Mayre Street Staging Area is located near downstream end of project near Sta 135+00. Willow Reserve Staging Area is located at upstream end of project near Sta 178+00.
