Renovation of a municipal facility in Big Rapids, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of December 8, 2023, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed Blight Repair & Clean-up (Window, door, siding, fascia, and soffit) The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids or to waive informalities, and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The award will only be to a responsive and responsible firm whose bid conforms to all the material terms and conditions of the bid. All bid prices must remain valid for 60 days past the submission deadline. All questions must be submitted in writing which can be sent to cwyman@cityofbr.org. Questions must be submitted 48 hours prior to bid opening.
