The Project consists of, but is not limited to, demolition of an existing ramp, construction of a new Improvements Project, and repair of compromised flooring of Stahlman Park Building in Surfside Beach, Texas, and appurtenant items. 1. The project will consist of addition of an Improvements Project to the existing Stahlman Park Building to include the following types of work: building new ramp, carpentry, repairing compromised floor & decking of the building, other classes of work as may be required, and other appurtenant items. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Village of Surfside Beach or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond.
