The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking quotes from vendors interested in providing and delivering pallets of ice melt to various property locations. Items 1. Ice melt must contain min. 5% CMA, effective to -25, +/-10F; shall be provided in 50lb bags and shall meet the following chemical formula: o Sodium Chloride (CAS #7647-14-5), Potassium Chloride (CAS#7447-40-7), Calcium Chloride (CAS #10043-52-4), Magnesium Chloride (CAS# 7791-18-6), Calcium Magnesium Acetate [CMA] (CAS#76123-46-1). 2. MSDS. Current MSDS sheets for the product offered must be submitted. 3. Training. Vendors shall provide application training for maintenance staff, if requested. LHA is seeking delivery at the earliest date available but no later than November 14, 2023. Packing slips are required at each delivery location. Rejection of Quotes : LHA reserves the right to cancel this QSP or reject in whole or in part any and all quotes if the HA determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the HA. Conflict of Interest Law : It is prohibited for any quote to be submitted that would constitute a violation of the conflict of-interest statute, M.G.L. chapter 268A.
