Replace existing dirt parking lot areas with asphalt surface and ada sidewalks and sanitary sewer upgrades. Roadway improvements: the proposed improvements include construction of new roundabout on jay blanchard trail, a new drainage pond and parking lots. Utility improvements: this project includes the construction of approximately 502 linear feet of 1" pvc watermain and 397 linear feet of 2" pvc water main along various areas of the project.
