Site work for a road / highway in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Rio Vista Phase 1 Perimeter Fencing & Entry Gate Improvements to include approximately 2,385 linear feet of masonry screen wall, two (2) automated entry gates. The Proposal (s) shall be for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for performing all work required for the construction of the Rio Vista Phase 1 Perimeter Fencing & Entry Gate Improvements. A performance bond, payment bond, and maintenance bond in the amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials WILL be required by the Cresson Crossroads MUD No. 2. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date bids are opened. Bidders should carefully examine the plans, specifications and other documents, visit the site of the work, and fully inform themselves as to all conditions and matters which can in any way affect the work or the costs thereof. Should a bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the plans, specifications or other documents, or should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he should at once notify the Engineer. Any response to discrepancies, or omissions will be in writing by the Engineer to all bidders
