Site work for a water / sewer project in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project or Work consists of the replacement of valves and piping inside the flow control valve vault located on the Williamsburg Treatment Plant Outfall and the installation of a new valve control panel. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, installation of process piping, electrical systems, control systems, and associated trade work. In addition, line stop flow diversions and bypass pumping is required to maintain flow through the plant outfall diffuser while work is being performed. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid. Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. HRSD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
