Reference number : 1772628 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-11-06 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Town of Sutton is requesting bids for the supply and installation of two generators at the pumping station located at 552 chemin Réal and at the water filtration station located at 1000 chemin Réal. The work consists of the supply, installation and connection of the two generators, deforestation, leveling of the land, installation of concrete slabs, installation of security bollards, dismantling of the fence existing and the installation of the new "frost" type fence. Only contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor license issued by the Régie des construction companies in Quebec. 1. a bid bond or certified check equivalent to 10% of the bid amount in favor of the Town of Sutton and valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the opening of the bid submissions; 2. a letter of intent from a company authorized to act as guarantor and undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the contract amount, as well as a guarantee of payment of the pledges , materials and labor equivalent to 50% of the contract amount.
