Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; transportation facility; transportation facility; four-story above grade multi-residential development; 13,000-square-foot retail development; and 14,000-square-foot, seven-story above grade multi-residential development.

Plans call for the 2.5-ace site should include a “mix of uses” that uses the land’s proximity to the Red Line station. That could include multiple buildings with up to 135 housing units and at least 38,000 square feet of retail space. The project should also include public art, parking and open public spaces. As of March 3, 2025, the Chicago Plan Commission adopted the plan. Further details regarding firm construction and completion timelines have not been released.
