The City of Flagstaff (Owner) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs or Proposals) from Arizona licensed Contractors (Contractor) to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Design Phase and Construction Phase Services to: Coordinate with an Engineering Professional and assist in the design of the Wildcat Interceptor Sewer Upsizing Project (the Project) and to construct the project. The Project is located in Flagstaff, Arizona between the Rio de Flag drainage crossing at I-40 and the Wildcat Hill Wastewater Treatment Plant and can be generally described as the construction of a 5200 LF of additional sewer main paralleling the existing sewer main between the I-40 and the Wildcat Hill Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project will be delivered through the CMAR alternative project delivery process.
