As of January 23, 2024, the bid results are pending. Interior Renovation of one Science Classroom .1 Provide complete testing, adjustment and final balancing of all building air systems. .2 Provide complete testing, adjustment and final balancing of liquid based building HVAC systems including chilled water, hot water heating, glycol heating and glycol heat recovery systems. .3Provide inspection, verification and testing of all fire dampers, fire/smoke dampers. smoke control dampers and ceiling fire stops after installation. Coordinate the work with Division 25. The Contractor shall furnish and install the Surge Protective Device (SPD) equipment having the electrical characteristics, ratings, and modifications as specified herein or as shown on the contract drawings. To maximize performance and reliability and to obtain the lowest possible let-through voltages, the ac surge protection shall be integrated into electrical distribution equipment such as switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, busway (integrated within bus plug), or motor control centers. Bids shall be accompanied by security deposit as follows: Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of Bid price. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
