**As of December 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The scope of work consists of the reconstruction of a concrete flume and concrete alley paving adjacent to Arbor Glen Road. The scope of work also includes concrete pavement and storm inlet replacement in the adjacent church parking lot south of the alley. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization and general site preparation, approximately 382 SY of 7-inch-thick reinforced concrete pavement on flex base subgrade, approximately 101 SY of various height curbed concrete flume, 135 SF of 4-inch-thick reinforced sidewalk, storm drainage replacement, fence replacement, storm water pollution prevention plan measures and any other work deemed necessary by the City of The Colony. The opinion of probable construction cost for the overall project is $275,000.00. All the above shall be done in accordance with TxDOT and NCTCOG specifications with the City of the Colony's Addenda and as per instructions of the City of The Colony City Engineer.
