1 Scope of Work The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is requesting competitive sealed proposals (CSP) Job Order Contract (JOC) for Parking Lot Striping and Related Products and Services for locations as needed throughout the District. LISD has approximately 80 facilities. The initial term for this contract shall be for two years. The District may renew the contract annually for not more than three additional years. 2 LISD Demographics Lewisville ISD encompasses 127-square miles and serves 49,000 students from thirteen (13) municipalities including Argyle, Carrollton, Coppell, Copper Canyon, Double Oak, Flower Mound, Frisco, Grapevine, Highland Village, Hebron, Lewisville, Plano and The Colony. 3 Must Attach Be sure to upload all required documents and forms to the "Response Attachments" Tab. 4 Introduction There are attributes, including this one, associated with this proposal. Some are notes and require no response, but most have a required response. ***Please select each page on the right-hand side of the blue bar below (at the bottom of this list of attributes) in order to view the next page of Bid Attributes.*** Background: - High Schools: 5 high schools, each having approximately 1,200 parking spaces, 3,500 feet of fire lane, one band marching field, and 20 handicap parking spaces. In addition, LISD has one 9th grade campus, two 9th and 10th grade campuses, two aquatic centers and approximately 16 administrative facilities. - Middle Schools: 15 middle schools each have approximately 100 parking spaces, 1,800 feet of fire lane, and eight handicap parking spaces. These numbers are not intended to be completely accurate. - Elementary Schools: 41 elementary schools each have approximately 50 parking spaces, 1,200 feet of fire lane, and six handicap parking spaces. -Other Facilities: LISD has other facilities throughout the District which have parking spaces.
