Question Deadline 08/12/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Last Request for Substitution Due: 7 days prior to due date of bids. Proposals May Not Be Withdrawn Until: 90 after due date. Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: 1. Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount on AIA A310 Bid Bond Form, but in no event more than $10,000 or a cashier's check in the amount of $10,000, made payable to the Owner. Required Substantial Completion Date: Not later than 250 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time.
