Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Erie Station Improvements - General Contractor The General Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, bonds, permits, and services necessary to complete work. The contract for the General Contractor includes architectural, site restoration, and structural improvements, plus other construction operations traditionally recognized as general construction. It also includes administrative and coordination responsibilities for the creation of new mechanical room spaces, fare line renovations of both public fare and unpaid areas, fabrication and installation of three (3) new ADA accessible elevators, creation of new mechanical room spaces and fare line renovations of both public fare and unpaid areas. Additional improvements include the installation of emergency swing gates and structural repairs.
