Renovation of a mixed-use development in Crest Hill, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of November 27, 2023, project was awarded to R Berti Building Solutions. Base bid $185,700 + the alternate $227,800. Bid shall include a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the Base Proposal price.Proposals are being accepted for General Construction Work. All other visits to the School must be approved in advance by the Owner. Please contact Mr. Andy Siegfried at (815)722-6673 to coordinate. Contractors will be required to pay State of Illinois Prevailing Wage Rates and meet all State of Illinois Equal Opportunity Employment Policies.
