Renovation of a mixed-use development in Homer Glen, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing EPDM roof system and insulation down to existing structural deck, inspection and repair of existing deck and installation of new insulation and EPDM roof system. Roofing areas are broken into Base Bid and an Alternate area. Additionally, there are alternates for replacement of insulated metal panel on upper gym walls and perimeter low walls. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
