Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Decatur, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Removal of approximately 115 LF of failing 48-inch centrifugally cast concrete pipe and replacement with PVC pipe. After the repair is made, the entire manhole to manhole gravity sewer segment is to be CIPP lined. Restoration will require slope stabilization with geofabric and rip rap. Asphalt parking lot restoration as required. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
