As of January 5,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 16, 2024. This project includes the removal of a roof structure from the existing 240 sf red wolf building, and then includes the addition of a 400 SF, one-story CMU building, and the construction of a new roof structure over both new and existing buildings. In general, the construction includes: concrete slab, concrete masonry unit structure and interior partition walls, manufactured wood trusses, metal roofing, plywood ceilings, and fencing, Base bid must include all listed allowances and unit prices. The project includes typical general construction work: Site work - grading, paving, storm water, fencing, and landscaping; Concrete - slabs-on-grade; Exterior CMU walls; Interior CMU partition wall framing; Waterproofing and dampproofing; Engineered Wood Trusses; Roofing - standing seam metal roof; Doors, hardware, hollow metal frames; Plywood ceilings; Painting ; Water piping and drains Electricl unit heaters Typical Electrical service, distribution, receptacles, lighting,; Alternates shall be taken as described on drawings and specifications.
