Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
9th & Vanbrunt Soccer Renovation Design-Build Question Deadline 11/08/2023 at 5:00 PM CT Forward all questions in writing to the following Project Manager and Contract Administrator Provide design and construction to replace existing natural grass turf at soccer field 'B' with synthetic field sport surfacing to create one large playing surface approximately 330 feet NS direction x 255 feet EW direction, complete with laser grading, base materials and drainage system. Also provide installation of metal bleachers to provide a minimum of 500 seats, installation of two separate locker rooms, each with changing area, restroom, 2 showers, sports lockers and bench seating. Installation of 2 new LED soccer field lights, and installation of a 300 square foot sports stadium pressbox.
