Attachments A through N are necessary provisions due to project federal funding. The current edition of Part 1 of the WisDOT Standard Specification for Highway and Structure Construction will be a part of this contract and will govern the work on this contract. If there is any conflict between Part 1 of the WisDOT Standard Specifications and the City of Eau Claire specifications, then the stricter of the two shall apply.
