Project consists of procurement and installation of furniture for a 80,420 gsf stand-alone facility on a site adjacent to the Indianapolis-Marion County Community Justice Campus. The Indianapolis-Marion County Forensic Services Agency and Marion County Coroner's Office building is a two-story building to accommodate the identified programmatic needs including a public entry, administration and operations space, including a main conference room accommodating up to 100 people located at: 2545 E Pleasant Run Parkway North Drive Indianapolis, IN 46203 This includes all Work indicated in the Contract Documents. This is a Multiple Package Project consisting of the following prime contracts (with potential to award to a single provider): a. Package 1 (Open Line/Ancillary): Waiting, Lounge, Conference, Cafe, Terrace b. Package 2 (Systems): Office Desking c. Package 3 (Seating): Task and Conference Written Questions/RFIs Due Date: October 13, 2023 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time by email to RFIs@IndyCJC.com.
