Site work and paving for a road / highway in Corbin City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This total project consists of the roadway milling and repaving of 2,525 +/- If of Cat Pond Road and Griscom Mill Road. Also, the installation of traffic markings and other miscellaneous items as required to complete the project. Bid security in the form of a certified treasurers or cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount not to exceed $20,000 is required and should be made payable to The CITY OF CORBIN CITY with a letter of surety. Successful Bidder must furnish a one hundred (100%) percent Performance Bond and one hundred (100%) percent Payment Bond issued by a surety satisfactory to the Municipality. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of The Affirmative Action Regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq Financing for the Reconstruction of Cat Pond Road made possible by a grant from the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
