The Town of Brookline is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from design firms for design and construction administration of Town of Brookline HVAC Design and Electrical Services at multiple locations. These include the Senior Center, 93 Winchester Street, Health Department, 11 Pierce Street, Main Library, 361 Washington Street, Municipal Pool, 60 Tappan Street, Town Hall, 333 Washington Street. Estimated construction cost is $3,500,000.00 and the design fee will be negotiated. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Construction is anticipated in two phases, Phase 1 Fall/Winter 2024/2025 and Phase 2 Fall/Winter 2025/2026. The SOQs will be used by the Town of Brookline Committee of Seven for designer selection for this project to select the design firm. The selected design firm will be responsible for design and construction administration of the work as described in the RFQ. Prospective respondents shall not communicate with any person or entity participating in designer selection at any time during the RFQ and selection process except through written questions submitted to the Director of Public Buildings, at the address or email.
